PS: Didn't say how many cookies this makes. Brenda Adams * Exported from MasterCook * Spritz Cookies (Family recipe 40+ years) Recipe By : Found at Liz Caesar's Cook and Tell webpage Serving Size : 0 Preparation Time :0:00 Categories : Spritz Cookie Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 1 pound butter -- or regular margarine 1 1/2 cups sugar 2 eggs 1 teaspoon vanilla 3/4 teaspoon almond extract 4 cups flour 1/2 cup cornstarch Cream butter and sugar together. Stir in eggs, vanilla and almond extract. Sift together flour and cornstarch and work into creamed mixture. Put dough through a cookie press. Bake in 400-degree oven about 10 minutes or until golden.
