This is really good news. I hope that we as caring individuals, not only

organizations will continue our efforts to help the helpless.

Why would these emails need to be filtered. If you are referring to my email, I

was expressing relief to know that the dog electrocutions in Manila have

stopped. For your information, I am one of the few people who responds not only

with comments, but actions regarding the news of animal welfare. In the future,

please be more careful of what you read and explain your reasons.
