I have over the years tried to help street dogs by rehoming them after neutering and also getting pups off streets and rehoming them after neutering. But the bye laws of our council are that they shoot the street dogs to control their population and today the Mayor has relleased a press ststement saying that dogs with licence if found on streets will also be shot provided they r muzzled. I am now having a signature drive campaign to protest against this shooting and also need voices of other animal lover to protest against this . Please help me to help the strays in IPOH. Thank u ... Please post the email address separately -- it is cut off from view when it is posted.. perhaps you can put spaces in between the address..
