Guest guest
or the last several months, I have been eating a diet of raw vegetables and fruits (70% of total diet). I was feeling horrible just 5 months ago, eating fast food, bags of cheetos/potato chips, burritos, etc. and was at least 15 pounds overweight. I originally changed my diet because of the way I felt. NO energy, getting sick with colds too easily. I found that by substituting the cheetos with cauliflower, carrots, broccoli, that I was fuller, faster. It was really amazing how the raw foods made me feel fuller. I lost the weight after 3 months, and have felt better than ever. I am also using Barleygrass as a nutritional supplement, which is wonderful. Gives me the energy before a workout, and contains vitamins and minerals. I have also substituted all bread, rice, pasta with the whole-grain variety. Fresh carrot juice is one of the best drinks, energy and vitamin absorption from this is maximal.

Just wanted to let you know, great club topic. Looking forward to getting some good tips, and sharing whatever tips I may have!
