Guest guest
hanks for joining and sharing your experience. With your presence we have just gone CO-ED!

I agree with everything you said. I've lost 10-15 pounds in the past 2 months and I don't even need to! I'm already thin. Most fruits and vegetables are low on calories so they are perfect for weightloss plans. I actually want to keep the weight on so I have read that it is important to have certain raw foods that have higher calorie content. These include bananas, avocados, grapes, mangoes, dates, figs, raw honey, raw butter, sprouted grains, sprouted seeds and sprouted nuts.

I'm also one of those people that has to EXERCISE with weights to keep my weight up... otherwise I just get thinner.

Carrot juice? I drink it twice everyday! There needs to be a big informative post on JUICING!

Abundant energy? Yes. I have lots more energy then I did before the raw food diet. So has everyone else that I know who has tried it. I am less tired and more alert.

Nice to have you here.
