ello to all of you Health Seekers! I have been

eating primarily raw vegan foods for 7 years and have 2

children. I would love to share ideas and experiences with

others. I am currently eating 100% raw, including a large

percentage of fruit and greens as well as sprouted almonds,

pumpkin, sunflower, and unhulled sesame seeds. I have

overcome several health challenges in the last 11+ years

since becoming vegan, including lupus, asthma,

sinusitis, and abnormal PAP readings.STAY RAW!!!<br><br>P.S.

I highly recommend the book " Eco Eating " by Sapote

Brook. It was as revelational to me as " Fit for Life "

was 11 years ago.
