" Enzyme Nutrition " by Dr. Edward Howell (Avery Publishing Group) $8.95 / Probably the best book written on the importance of Enzymes. Lots of research but no recipes.<br><br>2. " Dining in the Raw " by Rita Romano (Kensington)<br>$19.95/ Great introduction to eating raw food and over 700 recipes. <br><br>I highly recommend both of the books above.<br><br>Can anyone recommend others?
