Guest guest
enjoyed your post detailing most basic steps for healthy living. I agree with most all of them. How much I practice them is a little different story, but I'm getting there.

A couple of questions out of curiosity: How long does it take you to clean your juicer? I have what I think's a good one, but when I make carrot juice, for example, it takes about 15 minutes to clean it properly. Getting the fibers out of the basket is the worst, otherwise it's not too bad. Also, to create say 3-5 glasses of juice, takes me about 30 minutes scrubbing and cutting the carrots. Any shortcuts I'm not aware of?

I'm curious how you find time to follow your schedule you've listed out. I've given up TV (a long time ago) but I still find it hard to do all the right things. For example, my only exercise is about 30 minutes/day of Tai Chi (counts as meditation too), nothing aerobic though. And the juicer does not get used enough for reasons explained above.

ALso, if you care to comment, I'm curious about what you belief to be the Real Truth. I am very broad minded about spiritual matters in general and absolutely gurarantee I cannot be offended. I hope all others appreciate a healthy discussion enough to not be troubled by people with differing religious views.

Thats all for now, I'll check in again in a day or 2.

Mallon
