Here's a quick breakfast I sometimes make for myself... but you have to remember to soak the sunflower seeds the night before:

1/2 cup grated raw sweet potato
1/2 c grated raw carrot
1 grated apple (peeled or skin-on, your choice)
1/4 cup sunflower seeds that have soaked overnight.
and a sprinkling (maybe 2 T) of raisins.

Stir it up and enjoy.

I call it my Breakfast Mash
Guest guest
That sounds so yummy. Last week I had a cherimoya for breakfast. It was so sweet juicy and delicious. Anyone eat Cherimoya's here? If you don't try one. It should yeild to light pressure. If it is soft and mushy don't buy it. Ask for one from the back. They taste sour when too ripe. But if you get them before ripening or at peak you are in for a delicious treat. Eat it alone you will love it. It's also called a custard apple. To me it tastes like an apple, pear, and mango all in one.
Guest guest
Speaking of breakfast, the only thing I like to eat in the mornings are fruit and fruit smoothies:) Anything else makes me feel sick and heavy. My fiancee is not on a raw food diet and whenever he has eggs or an omlet I find his breath repulsive and he wont kiss me untill he brushes his teeth! I never liked eggs even as a baby, I think they are so discusting to eat. Anyway, I want to try that Cherimoya that you mentoned, that sounds so good.
Hope you have a good week and heep up the good work eating very healthy every day
