Guest guest Posted August 9, 1999 Report Share Posted August 9, 1999 Anger is a common by product of going to the raw food diet in the initial stages.....i've experienced it ,the chemical changes that occur in the body often surface as irritation,or temper tantrums.Of course the peace and peaceful nature are the end result with clarity of mind,if you've ever been on a fast...you know what i'm talking about,it makes it much easier if you know what to expect on the roller coaster ride of raw food....The world remains the same,its only our filter which is being cleansed.One way to keep on a level in the early going is to be aware of when the drops in blood sugar occur,(around 1-3 pm)and to eat something sweet such as a fruit or drink a glass of carrot juice...(read Reams work for more)There are no hard a fast rules,neither should there be any!We are all unique and have unique capabilities,only general guidelines should help us to keep a pulse on our progress,if it doesn't suit you no matter what the experts say,they are wrong!!Use your brain,study your past,chart your future....<br><br>Peace Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
