Guest guest
To-day I need less sympathy. I'm still on 100% raw and my sinus pain is almost gone. It's nice to be almost pain free but I feel fragile.

From past experience of moving on to 100% raw, in a couple of days I will have overflowing energy. This is actually a dangerous time for me because I feel good and I like to share my good feeling with others and this means eating with them which can mean eating cooked fat and protein and then I am back on the treadmill again.

So this time I will channel my overflowing energy into walking, meditation and work and I am staying on my, our, raw diet. Guest guest
Shortus,

I can Sympathize! I've been where your at... many times, I'm wondering if theres a more " middle path " to the dilemma of fasting and fruiting and raw foods... I'm sure one could chart out a path.... but sticking too it would be the exercise!

Love & Light
Lion
Guest guest
Dear Lion,

Thank you for your sympathy, it must have worked, the sinus pain is almost gone and it's like I am living inside a big bell. Thankfully it's not ringing, and I am keeping fairly still, just in case.

I know my body is adapting to a large change in diet and is prompting me to return to fat and protein. It's very clever. First it signals me with body pain, when that doesn't work, it makes me feel sick and gives me hot flushes. When it can see I am not listening, it brings out the artillery and plays mind games. It tells me that this is not a good idea and that other people are to blame for my bad feelings. But I say right back to my body, " You are a brilliant adaptor, you can adapt to raw food, and once you are on raw you won't want to come back " . So I take no notice of your pains, I know your mind games are smoke and mirrors. Before long you will be feeling absolutely fantastic, you will have tons of energy, your mind will be clear, you will be slim and fit and you will have skin like a kid glove.

Right, mate, says my body, but it's going to take time. It takes about 3 weeks to form a habit, but once it is formed it takes 3 weeks to unform it. This is a very slow undo button, I said.

So said my body, I will change for you, but you've got to realise this is not easy, and you've got to look after me while I adapt to raw.

So here I am looking after this slow but brilliant body. What can I say but Happy Christmas!

Victor.
