Guest guest
Psychadelika,

Bonk!

Are you in the right club?

The need for protein is great exaggerated by the meat industries. We only need 8 % of our calories from protein not the 38% claimed by the nutrition experts with the guidance from the meat industry.

There is plenty of protein in non-meat sources. Speaking in terms of % of calories from protein fruits contain up to 13% (lemons), vegetables contain up to 40% (kale), legumes up to 43% (soybean sprouts) and nuts and seeds up to 20% (pumpkin seeds).

You might eat cows but what do you think the cow ate? You eat chicken but what do you think the chicken ate? They didn’t eat meat for their protein and neither do elephants and gorillas—two very strong vegetarians.

Infants are growing very rapidly but mother’s milk contains only 5 percent of its calories as protein.

When you eat meat your body has to break down the meat protein which is a very toxic process to get to the real building blocks of the body—amino acids. We need amino acids to build our bodies cells not protein. It is very difficult for the body to break down animal proteins. The process creates uric acid and the body has no means to deal with it. Lions and other real carnivores do, but we don’t.

Fruits and vegetables are loaded with vitamins and usable “organic” minerals. No one says eat a hamburger for you vit. C. They say eat oranges, right?

You don’t know what you are getting in that cooked meat. Meat contains adrenaline (toxic) left over from the animal’s slaughter. Cooking changes the structure of protein into who knows what.

-OrionsDad
