Guest guest Posted May 19, 2000 Report Share Posted May 19, 2000 Interesting question Jap, but I dont think it does unless there is too much heat generated by the motor which in that case it does but you can always change that by adding ice so it doesent over heat. I wouldnt think that the blending would cause the molecular structure of the fruit to be distroyed but I think it is worth an investigation.
