David Wolf says that one kernal of Pop Corn per

decade is a serious cooked food addiction. He was joking

and so am I, But, there was a lot of food I truly

loved when I ate cooked food. I can't imagine putting

any of it anywhere close to my face, now it disgusts

me. Chocolate cake must taste really dead and pasty.

I ordered a salad in a restaurant a while back, and

they put a little pasta in it. I didn't see it, but as

soon as I put it in my mouth, I tasted this dead

paste, I spit it out. cooked food is gross. However,

every sunday morning I have one cup of decaf Coffee, so

I guess I'm not holier than thou.

Doug

I like this idea. I'll build up a bunch of

recipes and start incorporating them in my diet and then

I'll cut out the other foods. Otherwise, as you say

happened to you, I fail miserably.

Again, if anyone

feels like telling me more of what they eat, it would

be helpful. Thanks.

Raven

OK, I'm confused. Do you eat chocolate cake or do

you not? It sounds like you do once in a while but

then again, you sound like you're 100% raw toward the

end of your post.

Not that it matters really,

I'm just curious.
