Guest guest
I keep expecting a dramatic physical purification to take place since eating raw Nov. 1. Physically I feel fine. But an inner magnifying glass is illuminating my emotional body. I am not comfortable with what I am facing. Has anyone else been through something like this? Guest guest
Dear Kippy,

I teach classes in natural health education which includes raw fresh produce foods as well as using meditation to purify the mental and emotional body. The demarkation between the physical and mental / emotional body is a creation of the mind, and does not really exist in reality. When raw food is eaten, detoxification of all sorts can occur, just as when people begin to meditate. Emotional toxins need to be released, as do physical toxins. I your case, it sounds like emotional baggage is coming to the surface to be liberated, rather than being suppressed as it may have been in the past. This may appear in the form of sadness, anger, depression, worry, fear, anxiety, neurosis, psychosis, or a miriad of other manifestations. Raw food and the silence and peace of mind experienced in meditation allows the body / mind to liberate physical-mental-emotional toxins that we harbor within. Learning to skillfully handle thoughts and feelings, and to skillfully deal with physical symptoms of detoxification augments the self healing tendencies of the body / mind. Feel free to see my websites (still under construction) for further details, or e-mail me for clarification of any of these points. www.HealthEnlightenment.com and www.HealthCreation.net.

ART BAKER
Guest guest
Of course! Human being distinguish from the other species by learning from his mistakes. Making mistakes is human. Just keep going, read, listen and observe. You need to get in ballance. Don't focus on just one kind of food. Read Eco Eating.
Guest guest
Art,

It is with great pleasure that I welcome you to our club. I greatly respect what you know about health and the work that you do. I consider it an honor to see you post here.

Your websites will prove facinating to many of the club members.

I understand that you have written several books but your " Awakening Our Self-Healing Body " was my first introduction to Natural Hygiene concepts. If only our Senators and the members of Congress could read and understand your book. Perhaps then we could see REAL medical reform in this country!

Best regards,
OrionsDad
