I should eat more fruits and vegetables, but since my parents buy food for me, I don't think I should and have them buy more within a week or so. It wasn't too skinny for me. and My diet was terrible then. <br><br>I think it might be more important to evaluate how your energy level is and your level of health. Muscle weighs more than fat but the muscular person will also look thinner.<br><br>Eat, sleep, exercise, think and live right and your body will go to its correct weight all by itself.
