Guest guest
Congratulations on having low levels of Albumin. Albumin is what all of us, as raw foodists, are trying to cleanse our bodies of. It is protien but not 'just' protien. Albumin is the blood form of 'Mucus'. Please get the book Mucusless Diet Healing System by Professor Arnold Ehret. I just bought this book at a small health food store for $4.95 (cheap), in the book he discribes exactly what Albumin is and why we need to cleanse it from our bodies, and why doctors think its normal.
I always thought that you were way ahead of the curve on detoxifying, and this proves it. If you can't find this book, send me a mailing address to kauguy (dosen't have to be your address, maybe a store where you shop) and I will send you mine. Every raw foodist should read this book. It is also available at Amazon.com Again congratulations.

Doug
Guest guest
I almost forgot, if you want to see what Albumin looks like, and feels like between your fingers; Albumin is also egg white.

Doug
Guest guest
But I haven't had my period for a year, it stopped when I was vegan. It's not life threatening but not good.
Guest guest
That's exactly what came to mind when the doctor told me about albumin. Weird.
Guest guest
I typed that excerpt from " Survival into the 21st Century " into my computer for YOU (took 3 days). Obviously you did not read it. I have tried to show you every way I can think of, that the stopping of your period is a sign of superior health, and that only sick toxic women have a period.

I GIVE UP!

Doug
Guest guest
Why is it when I read David and Annie Jubb's book that it was mentioned for menstruation to use a sea sponge for a tampon?

Guest guest
If you still have a copy of the article you typed from " Survival into the 21st Century " would you mind forwarding it to me? I am a new raw fooder and am very interested in the physical effects of raw foodism on women. Thanks, Tammy
TO Heb12v1
