Guest guest
Blake, I've read some books about fasting and found there're 2 opposite opinion on exercise during fsting. Pro: stimulates lungs activity thus encourages elimination through them. Con: Takes energy. Some authors urge to stay in bed when fasting, some urge to oevercome your body's laziness and walk. I think Mother Nature is right and we shouldn't force ourselves into activity during fasting.
Guest guest
Rest is the best thing to do while fasting. While you're fasting, your digestive organs are at rest. Actually, all organs are resting more during this time so it makes no sense to exercise during a fast. Fasting gives the body rest so why would you want to play tennis or go jogging, etc. while trying to rest and repair the body? Rest and sleep is what the body needs during a water fast.
