Guest guest
Hello sue... I have the eat right for your type book also. but in general the type a blood formed when man began to develope an agricultural lifestyle between 25,000 and 15,000 b.c.. This drastic change from a high animal protein diet to a more grain and vegtatable based diet reduced the hydrochloric acid secreation in the stomach... The blood type a individual could no longer break down or metabolize animal protein efficiently. For this reason , the blood type a person does best on a vegetarian diet, emphasizing vegetable proteins such as legumes and nuts... Fish and some poultry products can be included int the diet occasionally. For weight loss, he helathiest diet is a vegetarian diet. for blood type a. Meat will be stored as fat in type As. Dairy products are also poorly digested and can inhibit metabolosm and /or lead to serious allergies, including environmental allergies or inflammation somewhere in the body.

That is just a summery of what it says... The book Is called food combining /blood type diet solution. It is by Dina Khader.
Guest guest
That's great if you're white...but not all of us can trace our " ancestors " back to the agicultural revolution 20,000 years ago. Personally, my people we're shearing sheep and planting corn. What does that do with my blood type? The whole world didn't go through that revolution, in fact only a small fraction of it did. It wasn't until much later that the rest of the world " joined in " ... some of them not joining until this century...

Mike
