Guest guest
Dieting has been carried out by a large number of people over a long period of time.

We know that it doesn't work and is deleterious to health.

So I think it is irresponsible to say raw dieting is good.

This is done to manipulate people into eating raw.

But it doesn't even work: as soon as they loose a few pounds they go back to eating processed food.

I don't think we should manipulate people. I think we should tell the truth, as best we know it.

Raw food is good for your health and dieting is bad for your health.

We are not pushing the Raw Food Diet.

Victor. Guest guest
So if dieting is bad for your health and doesn't work, why are so many people dieting right now.

The answer lies in the Peacock's tail.

The Peahen is attracted to large, brightly coloured tails. So the Peacock builds a huge, georgeous tail. That no longer functions as a bird's tail.

And whereas women are attracted to resources, men are attracted to fertility.

So how do men judge fertility?

It turns out that there is a strong, positive correlation between the hip to waist ratio in women and fertility.

And men can judge this ratio down to the last millimetre.

So women seek to gain advantage my manipulating this ratio.

It can be done with a corset or dieting.

And corsetting or dieting do provide short term advantage for women, and short term disadvantage for men.

While eating raw food as part of your way of life, provide long term benefits for both men and women.

Victor. Guest guest
Re " Raw Food Diet " and switching back to processed foods. If one agrees with the saying: " It's better to have loved and to lost than never to have loved at all " , then isn't it fair to say that it's better to have been raw then fell off track, than never have been raw at all?

Only a genius can answer this puzzle ;-) P.S. I went to the bulletin board, then backed off when I realized one has to " register " to post. I hate being prompted to register and being my lazy self I usually don't use those websites unless I think I'll use them alot. So you may never know if yoou're viewed as a genius or a lunatic, but at least either option is preferable to being " normal " . I personally think normal people are the ones with a problem
Guest guest
Dear Mallon,

Thanks for your reply.

I created the Spontaneity Site because I felt I was being set up, when Liz described me as a special genius and asking for private correspondence. I didn't want private mail but I didn't want to cut her off in case she was genuine. It seems now that she was winding me up, something I deserve as I am often provocative.

I think it's best to keep posts to this one site and on topic, even if this does involve the expression of feelings.

After all, moving on to raw brings about physical and psychlogical changes. And I think it can be helpful to talk about them here. It can be helpfull for the person going through the changes and for those who wish to take up raw.

I am sorry for the problem with the registration but overall I would much prefer to keep all my posts on this site.

Victor.
