Guest guest
In the mail yesterday, I received the book, " LIVING FOODS for OPTIMUM HEALTH " by Brian Clement. I read the first 4 chapters--what a great reading! Susan
Guest guest
That was the secound book I bought and was my favorite untill I got " Intuitive Eating " By Humbart Santillo. This is a great book with tons of research. My first was " Natures First Law " by Arlin, Dini, Wolf. another great book, but poorly written. The only book I feel I wasted my money on is " Conscious Eating " by Dr. Gabriel Cousens. I feel the Raw Foods movement, is moving in one direction, while Cousens goes in another, dragging a lot of poor souls with him.

Doug

Guest guest
As far as " Concious Eating " goes..I do feel that Cousens is in alot of different directions--first its Genesis 1:29 based, then its Ayurvedic, then its something else I dont even know what to call it...I has been confusing, but I pick out lots of info that grabs me and discard the rest...LOL
