Guest guest
I have recently started eating 70% raw foods and
am struggling with working out how much protein
and carbohydrates I should be eating whilst
still excercising hard. (What quantities of different ingredients) Can anyone tell me of a
good book?
Guest guest
I read about a book called " Raw Power " . It's written by a raw foodist athlete/body builder. You can find it on http://www.rawfood.com

Christie
Guest guest
There is a book by Dr. Douglas Graham called " Nutrition and Athletic Performance " that would be of help. I like Dr. Graham's books a lot and think it would be of more help to you than Raw Power (unless you are a body builder...then Raw Power might be interesting). Dr. Graham is a long time raw foodist and has helped some famous athletes (Martina Navratalova is one). Hope this helps.

Guest guest
1.) " Raw Power!:Building Strength and Muscle Naturally " by Stephen Arlin (134 pages) is a small book that focuses on body-building on a raw food diet. He has a lot of good tips, recipes and exercise routines. If you are body-building get this book.

2.) " Fit for Life II: Living Health " by Harvy and Maryily Diamond (490 pages) is a paperback packed with excellent information on health. There are sections on exercise in it but there is so much more. If you are doing aerobics get this book.

-Orionsdad
