Guest guest
I have taken to eating whole grains for breakfast raw and soaked for at least 48 hours. Is this a good thing or not? Also I have this 5 pound bag of unhulled buckwheat. I discovered I cannot soak and eat this like another grain (the hulls). So I take it this is for sprouting only. Also, on the subject of sprouting, any advice on sprouting legumes? Can I use dried beans from the supermarket or do I need some especially for sprouting? I sprout in Mason jars and cheesecloth, is this OK for legumes? I tried some that just rotted this way. Advice, please?
Guest guest
I would read " Grain Damage " by Douglas Graham and then decide whether or not unsprouted grains are right for you. rawfood, " garybearsgirl " <garybearsgirl@c...> wrote: > I have taken to eating whole grains for breakfast raw and soaked for > at least 48 hours.
