Guest guest
I am looking for a good instructor in raw food preparation because I want to do women's retreats and/or work at a coop or health food store and classes would be to my benefit when applying for partime work while doing my natural health courses. Any help would be appreciated. thank you, Marlene
Guest guest
In that context, there make be a case for giving a high profile to juicing. It is easier to give away a small cup than sell a plate of food. Also it will give you a easy platform to talk about detoxification, free radicals etc. Also getting a drink down anybody is the start of social contact. pg backpackinggirl20012001 [no_reply ] 05 May 2002 15:52 rawfood [Raw Food] raw food preparation classes I am looking for a good instructor in raw food preparation because I want to do women's retreats and/or work at a coop or health food store and classes would be to my benefit when applying for partime work while doing my natural health courses. Guest guest
Speaking of Detoxing does anyone use Homozon? I just ordered a new bottle of it and I love it. I just did want to see how well known the product is and what people think/know about it. I have a few places you might be able to go and get some food preparation classes. If you want to give classes, HHI has an educators course. Their website is here: www.hippocratesinst.com/ Tree of Life also offers a good course and is recommended by Cheri Soria. They are a wonderful group of people dedicated to the Raw lifestyle. They also offer courses on Nature Farming (with Composting as a major focus point). They also do Whole Person Healing. They do not half step either. Very good program.. Their website is here: www.treeoflife.nu Cheri Soria offers courses herself. She has a wonderful recipe book also: Angel Foods. Her website is here: http://www.rawfoodchef.com/ If the Essene way of life is not your chosen path then there is also a Baptist minister that offers Health Minister Ordainments. www.hacres.com - This is a baptist minister that ordains people as Health Ministers. It is a compatible raw program and one of the ladies at work is a Health Minister. Plenty of Juicing and other raw/living foods (atleast 90% or something). Good luck to you, I wish more people were willing to do what you are doing. Guest guest
Dr. Malkmus heads up Hallelujah Acres. I've met him before and he and his wife are quite amazing. He integrates Christianity and the " Back to the Garden " philosophy. His place is a raw foodists best vacation spot! Guest guest
Again, one of the ladies at work is a ordained Health Minister. She gives classes and the whole nine yards. I am impressed with her knowledge of raw foods. She has learned quite a bit for the Dr. and I think that is usually a good sign. Atleast when you are look for a school. I did not think I could be the only person on this list that knew about H. Acres, but I figured I would pass along the information.
