Dear Roger,

I would be more interested in knowing what you think and feel.

Changing to raw is a wonderful opportunity to discover how you think

and feel.

As you move between cooked and raw it is good to notice how you think

and feel on raw, then on cooked.

It may be an idea to make a simple record of how you feel on raw and

how you feel on cooked.

I would like you to share this difference in feeling with all of us

here.

We are sympathetic to you and are doing the same as you.

Changing your diet is as profound as changing your religion.

Over a long period of time you could expect profound changes in the

way you think and feel however it is important to take it one bite at

a time and not only to digest your food but to be aware of and digest

your new thoughts and feelings.

If you take it slowly and patently, one bite at a time, you will

enjoy your tucker and start to enjoy your feelings.

And we would like you to share them with us.

Victor.
