Guest guest
I would be careful with colonics. I have heard that they remove the friendly bacteria from the intestine. I would do colon cleanses before a colonic. Some people swear by colonics. So far, I am avoiding them. I need my friendly bacteria. Guest guest
Marlene What do you use for colon cleansing? Is Psyllium husk and Bentonite clay good for colon cleansing? Thanks Gayathri --- backpackinggirl20012001 <no_reply > wrote: > I would be careful with colonics. I have heard that > they remove the > friendly bacteria from the intestine. Guest guest
At the state Gayathri is in, he more than likely is completely void of friendly bacteria. The colonics will not harm you. You can replace this bacteria, but Gayathri probably cannot handle it at first because his body is so toxic and it will send him into a whirl. In fact, there is a huge population of those who are void of friendly bacteria. Most don't know it and become disease ridden because of it. Guest guest
Hi Mark, I'm sure you're going to receive a variety of opinions on colonics and enemas so instead of voicing my opinion I'll say this much. Last year Ron and I experienced our first colonics and for beginners it is recommended that you have a set of three (1 every two weeks). Well, about a week prior to the last of 3 we came across the book " Electrical Nutrition " by Denie and Shelley Hiestand. All I can say is that the information made so much sense that it completely blew AND changed our minds about colonics. By the way, since we had prepaid, we did have the last one. Get the book when you can, very interesting reading. Elaine , blakenson@a... wrote: > Greeting group. I'm scheduled to have a colonic next week and I'm interested in some different views on this. I didn't do the enemas on my fast although I eliminated everyday and my energy was high throughout the days. With the eliminating everyday I'm considering doing just the juice and water for another week or two. > Mark
