I guess that I sent a message to you directly instead of via the list requesting the article. Thanks a bunch! My SIL is a nurse who is trying to add more raw to her diet after seeing the results in me, so I'd love to share the menstrual info as well. Maybe it will influence my niece to move away from the junk she eats. Thanks to everyone for the wonderful info!
