Guest guest
Dear " raveness2002us " , There are quite a few definitions of fruitarian. In general, Fruitarians eat the fruit of the plant and don't kill the plant. Some are also rawists (nothing cooked). Some eat nuts and grains (which are also considered the fruit of the plant). I so agree with almost all of this entire post, and the above was very well put. Thank you! Jameth Sheridan, ND, often talks about how it is the extreme long-term fruitarians who eventually shift back to eating animals. This actually makes sense, but it is unfortunate because the body really isn't craving meat, just a balanced diet. Adding more greens, healthy vegan fats and even some supplementation is, to me, a healthy solution. Peace, Erica
Guest guest
There are certain illness that cannot be removed without such a fast. Cancer is one. How can you feel comfortable saying that when so many have reversed cancer without being fruitarian or fasting on fruit? The above is just not true. Guest guest
This is SO important. Greens have made my raw journey, not only satisfying, but with no cravings or looking back to cooked.
