Guest guest
Greetings, I feel right on the edge of buying an Excalubur Dehydrator. I would love to hear from any one on this list who has one and is using it. What do you find yourself dehydrating the most? Do you make many dehydrated crackers? Do you use it regularly? Thanks, Tim Carlsbad, CA New DSL Internet Access from SBC & http://sbc.

Guest guest
Hi Tim! I went over that edge just last week when my new Excalibur 2900 arrived. My main usage is going to be for making the delicious recipes in " The Raw Gourmet " cookbook, and others. I got the huge model because when I host big family celebrations, (coming right up for the holidays) the use of the big dehydrator to heat (below 118 degrees) the large dishes is necessary. Even meat eaters won't miss the corpses when they taste this stuff. In a way, it's a way of passing around the answer to that oft asked question, " Well, WHAT do you EAT? " with that yucky look on their faces! It's phenomenal! Guest guest
I asked the same question when I went raw. I got the same answer--9 times out of 10. That is Excalibur. Can someone recommend a good one?
Guest guest
Viveca, I like my Excalibur, altho it takes up a lot of space. I tried the smaller round ones but found that it took more attention because the trays at the bottom would dry faster than the top ones so I would have to rotate them. Guest guest
I like my Excalibur also. I don't mind the space it takes up because I put it where my microwave used to be. :-) Viveca ~~~~~~~~~~ Viveca, I like my Excalibur, altho it takes up a lot of space.
