Hi,

I have read that true hunger is a pleasant sensation at the back of the throat,

rather than gnawing stomach pains. Could someone explain this further?

Thanks,

Sheri

p.s. Thanks, Doug, for sending me that article! The info confirms the

conclusions I was making on my own.

Hi Sheri

It has been said that true hunger is much like thirst. At first a gentle

sensation. It is also said that most, if not all, of the common sensations we

attribute to hunger are actually 'Morbid Appetite' ...

A true fast is a great experience without which life will

miss a dimension. The gnawing hunger goes with a glass of water.

The digestive system closes down, there is a release of energy,

the senses sharpen, etc.

So much is written on the subject I just say " Fear Not "
