Someone just sent me 9 large peaches from Chile as a thank-you gift.

They're not organic, but I do plan to eat 'em. Any ideas for how to

prepare them, apart from just eating 'em straight?

Would welcome recipe ideas.

Also would welcome people taking a look at my " Raw Food Wiki. " That's a

whole separate subject, but basically, if you come up with good peach

recipes, We (you, or I, as you prefer) can add them to the recipe page.

Best Regards,

Hi,

I couldn't think of anything better than fresh juicey peaches, but

they do go nice with blueberries and honey.

What is your opinion on honey? I always like to hear reasons why it isn

t good to eat a certain food.

Here's what I did with two of the peaches.

========================================

Peel two peaches and one banana.

Blend:

1 banana

1/2 of one peach

2/3 cup of oats

a pinch of salt

Cut rest of the two peaches into a bowl, and pour Peach-Oat-Banana mix on

top.

================================
