Hi Vicki and Everyone,

I'm not too sure about cocoa butter (organic or not)- but from what I

understand cocoa butter is processed by boiling and therefore is not

in any way a raw/living material. Also it takes an awful lot of

energy for the body to break down and try to digest any kind of fats-

especially cooked fats. If you are looking for a source of good,

more easily assimiable fats you may want to eat whole raw foods that

come with their own- avocodos, olives, durian, almonds, walnuts,

sesame seeds. It's probably best to use cocoa butter externally if

at all. I hope others have some thoughts on this too. Be well.

Yes David,

The coconut had the wrong kind of fat too! That only matters

when you eat a lot of it.

Coconut oil is good for you. See: www.coconut-info.com

I eat raw virgin coconut oil occasionally.

I've now read www.coconut-info.com and the learned John Kabara's paper

and am making an oil change.
