I have not had any symptoms after 3 weeks raw until last night with the metallic taste... Sometime between October and November, about a month after going raw, I experienced a metallic taste in my mouth that would only go away when I ate something. I asked about it on the list and these are the replies I received: 1) It could be because your produce isn't organic. 2) It could be caused by your mercury fillings. 3) It could be medications you took in the past. (This was the one for me.) The taste will go away soon. I don't recall tasting it anymore after fasting.
