A couple of months mostly raw have assured me: it's the way to go! Leaving dairy and grains has really helped me a lot on my road to a better health. Some questions: do some of you use sea vegetables? Are they good food or no? Also, how about adding probiotics to your raw diet? I find they help with digestion. Anyone have any experience or advice, much appreciated. Looking forward to learning a lot here. Now I'm going to dig in the archives. Raw peas! It is very hard to keep the good bacteria thriving in one's guts! Also, eating fermented foods, like raw sauerkraut, is good for this. I'm suspecting candida myself but I've heard that one is feeling constantly very tired on candida and I'm not that tired, really. Just having digestion problems (gas & bloating) and a constant craving for sugar.
