Guest guest
Hi everyone, ....if I've eaten too much fruit? Or too many veggies? Or is there such a thing? I imagine that if I eat too much fat I will start to gain weight but I have no idea how I would know if I were eating too much fruit or veggies. I have been a raw foodist for a year and have not run into this problem (well, I don't think so) but I 'hear' other raw foodist talking about overeating certain things and suffering from it later. As a matter of fact the only effect that I've ever had that can be considered adverse is the one time I took a bite of a peanut butter sandwich, I got so sleepy all of a sudden that I had to go lay down. ~Nakota

Guest guest
Funny you mention that because I have a friend who LOVES carrot juice and the palms of her hands are a lovely shade of orange when she has overdone it! ~Nakota rawfood , " Tech Support " <judy@a...> wrote: > I do know that when you feed a baby too much carrot he/she/ gets a loveley > orange glow to them..I wonder if the same is for adults..I drink fresh > carrot juice, but not daily..I don't look too " orangey " !!! > > Judy
Guest guest
Nakota, The worst peril I can think is that eating too much of fruit or vegetable will tend to reduce the flavour of the overindulged item. Remember fruit and vegetables are all our bodies were refined to eat in the first place. Peter nakotakaia [nakotakaia] 09 May 2003 19:32 rawfood [Raw Food] How Can I Tell....
