Only issue i have encountered is i have allergies for the first time in over a year (when i went vegan, i did not have allergies that season) but now they are back. Watery, itchy eyes, congestion :-( Any suggestions?

Guest guest
I wonder whether you are confusing detoxification with allergy? If you are, there should be no problem as detoxification will slowly come to an end. Guest guest
You know as the days get longer, I find myself drifting out into the nice bright sunny afternoon.... of course one second after I sent the email I realized that this was the rawfood forum I was looking at and not my vw diesel forum... anyway, congrats to the three weeks... I take my wins at the end of each day .
