What is the difference between Raw Honey and Royal Jelly?

All I've heard is that you should eat raw " wildflower " honey grown in your area.

This is because the flowers may have grown an immunity to the local area and by

you eating it would help with allergies.

 

You could also try Manuka honey from New Zealand which claims to have antibiotic

properties as well. It is expensive however. Try to get a UMF 10 number or

higher
