Guest guest
Why flip me such a question, As a raw foodist, I never feel thirsty. More deeply the need to drink water is based upon eating dehydrated food as in cooked food. Boil the water out and put it back or defy any medic. Upshot is forget water: natural formulae gives water in adequate perfect proportions. Guest guest
Question and answer about water intake by Dr. Fred Bisci (over 30 years raw and mentor to Paul Nison) as it appears on www.fredbisci.com Question 2: What about water on a raw diet? Answer: Water is more important than food. You can live a long time without food, but not without water. It is true that raw fruits and vegetables are water plump foods, and if you were perfect in a perfect environment, the water in that food would serve its purpose. Water is both a solvent and a transport medium. It helps dissolve and transport endogenous waste. Distilled water is inert and has the ability to absorb more endogenous waste. Extra water can help us when we overeat, with pollution, in warm climates, before, during, and after exercise, under stress, and improper elimination. Extra water is better than not having enough. I drink two to three glasses of water when I first get up in the morning and always feel better for it. Just wanted share this other point of view, Miko ----Original Message Follows---- " Peter Gardiner " <petergardiner rawfood <rawfood > RE: [Raw Food] Re: water distiller info, please Wed, 4 Jun 2003 22:39:27 +0200 Why flip me such a question, As a raw foodist, I never feel thirsty. Guest guest
Peter You are so wrong about water and it makes me very angry that you would give someone that advice. every one needs water to cleanse the body and bring nutrients into the cells . and that does not happen unless you have pure water. Of course good water is almost impossible to find today and maybe you are safer getting it distilled in your foods but if you can find a true live water that is best. There will be a book available in two months that I would like you to read that will have you appriciating the value of water and how important it is to keeping the biological terraine in balance. Guest guest
I have a problem with the following hyped statement: Question 2: What about water on a raw diet? Answer: Water is more important than food. You can live a long time without food, but not without water That is misleading. That statement is only true in a survival situation. Guest guest
Look forward to reading the book and being converted! I well understand the crucial need for water on a cooked diet but am sceptical about the need with a raw diet. If my urine were a funny colour then I might query myself a bit. I sweat only the tiniest amount and live an unstressed life and never get angry. I never take salt Sorry to give so much offence. Guest guest
What is " live water " ? Do you mean that the water should have bacteria and algae and protozoa in it?
