toothpaste: what is the best and safest to use out there?

Hi I make a great toothpaste with baking soda pepperment oil and either tea

tree oil, grape seed oil, or oil of oregano, all good anti bacterial oils

Where could I find Peppermint oil which isn't synthetically produced?
