I eat a few olives almost every day. I like the taste of them with avocados, which are otherwise pretty bland. - Janet

I soak them to get some of the salt out, but that's about it. Bridgitte
Guest guest
I was a serious olive eater. A kilo or two per week was my norm thinking that eating the olives must be better than drinking the oil. I enjoyed the dark ones which were only lightly salted. On stopping, hard skin that had been developing on the soles of my feet stopped. It had started a year or so before when I took up the heavy olive eating habit. That persistent problem has never returned. Some may dismiss this as an unrelated event... ... and they may be right. Otherwise I felt better, more alert and free of an olive " fix " . Guest guest
Good question. My olives are raw and still on the tree. Is anyone interested. I am an organic farmer and need a market before I go completely broke. Jimmy rawfood , " mzdjflye " <mzdjflye> wrote: > Are olives raw? Guest guest
Jimmy, May I suggest you get six plans none of which include going bankrupt. I would like to buy olives that are not heat-treated and that are edible. I live in Belgium. What can you suggest?
