Guest guest
Just as I said to this group - I'm goin' 100% raw - I go out to eat! Oh, yeah! That makes sense! Boredom, heat, depression, blah, blah, blah - I needed " comfort " and I missed going out to eat. Remember that wonderful feeling of eating with abandon? I just kinda needed that. OK, so now ask how we're feeling two days later? Left breast pain. Fred's legs feel like lead. I gained weight. An addictive " need " to go out and eat MORE OFTEN! Oh, yeah! I'm gonna do that again. Back on the wagon. It's simply not worth it. So, I'm now armed with my book " The Raw Gourmet " , I'm soaking my almonds, I'm going out and buying amino drops, and letting go of the past. Whew! I'm so glad Fred does muscle testing. We get immediate answers to our questions. So, when I say we're feeling all those things I just mentioned, I can tell you with certainty that they are from not only the foods themselves, but the cooking of those foods. Guest guest
Aymee asked: " How does muscle testing work? " You've probably seen it. It's a form of kinesiology. You put something in one hand, raise the opposite arm parallel to the floor, and someone tries to push that arm down. If the arm goes down, this means that the thing you held in that opposite hand is not good for you. Now, that's the simple layman's version of it. On the more scientific side, it all really has to do with your electrical field and works very much like a fuse or circuit breaker. When the electrical system is in jeopardy, the fuse or circuit breaker " breaks the circuit. " For a more detailed explanation, I'll ask Fred to write to the group. For instance, I was getting serious headaches and we wanted to find out what was causing this. We put various samples of things in my hand, Fred reflexed me (that's also what it's called), and voila! It turned out it was that day's mail and specifically, a certain magazine. Of course, since going raw, I have no reaction to my environment! But every once in a while I get something that says certified organic and it still doesn't sit well. Our thinking is that it's probably a fumigant required by law. Anyway... Fred worked with children with learning disabilities and was able to inform the parents what was triggering the allergies which caused or manifested as learning disabilities. It looks like a parlor trick, but it is amazingly accurate. And in the hands of my husband, it is a joy to behold. (Before he also went raw and held on to old beliefs about nutrition, we did some muscle-testing and his eyes would roll when it would turn out that the raw stuff was better than the cooked!) (heeheehee). Hope that helps. Rose
Guest guest
Rose Is there anyway to do this by myself? I mean a muscle testing or something to that effect that needs no assistance? We are always one; always love; One love! Aymee
Guest guest
Yes, Aymee get a pendulum is one way, others are to use the eye blink method or to make two circles with thumb and forefinger on each handand link them, and work on yesses and no's by training the subconscious with tight finger circle = yes; broken finger circle = no. But a pendelum seems easier. Rob > Rose > Is there anyway to do this by myself?
