Guest guest
Lori: The skin is the largest eliminative organ in the body. It releases toxins through the skin as rashes boils, pimples, eruptions, etc. It sounds like the skin is doing it's job. Rob

Guest guest
I recently read that dry brushing your body and using an exfoliating scrub on your face and neck will help to remove the toxins. The book was written by Brian Clement (I think.) from the Hippocrates Health Centre. The book is back in the library so can't give any further information. He also stated that approximately two pounds of toxic wast is eliminated through the skin each and every day. Might this be of help to you?
