Guest guest
Hi, I am hosting a potluck for about 15 friends who are not raw-foodists. The food theme for this party is finger foods. I've made stuffed tomatoes in the past (using small Roma tomatoes), but I need a backup just in case the tomatoes aren't ripe by this weekend. Could you suggest a few raw food dishes that fall into the 'finger food' category that might be good additions to the party? Thanks, Vickie
Guest guest
Try fresh dates stuffed with raw almonds. Most almonds are dehydrated. I think I first heard of this from David Wolfe. Guest guest
Another possibility is " sushi " wrap the following into seaweed avocado carrots radish tomato mango lettuce purslane watercress Seal with your favorite dip. I got some sort of bean dip from the asian market, probably not 100% raw. These don't stay together (for me) as well as cooked rice sushi, but they are delicious, albeit a little time-consuming.
