Guest guest
I also have a Champion juicer. In addition to my Vita-Mix (which I also love), I have tried 2 other juicers in the past. Both were a pain to clean up afterward. The Champion juicer is fairly easy to clean up. I have been enjoying carrot/apple juice the past few days. I also only eat fruit in the morning. I actually don't eat anything other than fruit until I have my main meal of the day, which is about 4:45 p.m. But I, too don't eat when I first get up. I feel the urge to drink several glasses of water before I ever start eating for the day. I am thirsty and since I don't drink with meals, I want to be sure I am fully hydrated before starting to eat. Are there others on this list that don't drink with meals? I normally would wait about 30 minutes after eating fruit to drink or at least 2 hours after a vegetable meal. It works for me. Guest guest
Hi Viveka, I don't drink with meals much, just because we never did when growing up and I can't get used to it. I tend to drink between meals. What is a vitamix? Is it a food processor and why is it so good? You're not the first person I've heard recommend it. Love Shell. It is an excellent digestive and should be sipped with meals (except raw fruit, of course). I use to wash down my food supplements that need to be taken at mealtime, like the spirulina, brewer's yeast and the ginko biloba. The Ca+Mg+Zn that I take for various reasons needs to be had after the meal, so I reserve a few sips of the the apple cider vinegar in water to get those horse pills down.
