Hi Carole,

Glad you found the group. I'm really new to this too and have learned so

much since joining. I seem to have done nothing but read articles and take

in new info for the last couple of weeks. I'm sure you'll learn a lot by

lirking, but everyone is so helpful if you get stuck.

Love Shell.

Many thanks for the welcome Shell:)

I just feel a little out of my depth, and am afraid of asking supid

questions!

I know red kidney beans should always be cooked, but can swede,

parsnips, runner beans etc. be eaten raw. Also, do they taste good?

All the best - Carole

as someone new to the raw diet myself, I can say that this site is

absolutely wonderful for beginners. It has held me so much especially

the recipes and the forums!
