Guest guest
Hi Carole, Glad you found the group. I'm really new to this too and have learned so much since joining. I seem to have done nothing but read articles and take in new info for the last couple of weeks. I'm sure you'll learn a lot by lirking, but everyone is so helpful if you get stuck. Love Shell. I know red kidney beans should always be cooked, but can swede, parsnips, runner beans etc. be eaten raw. Also, do they taste good? Guest guest
as someone new to the raw diet myself, I can say that this site is absolutely wonderful for beginners.
