Guest guest
Ok. It's real EASY to make and little prep work. Soak 2 cups of walnuts and pumpkin seeds for four hours. Add a sweet potato, 2-3 carrots, an onion, and some Celtic salt or amino acids with your favorite seasoning. Process in you Champion or Green Star juicer using the blank.. Mix well and form into a loaf. Wella! Your a raw pro!
