I can't get them to do > anything but go bad... - Garbanzos spout really easily and quickly unless they're dead. I've used dried beans a couple of years old and they work fine. Make sure you get them Organic and from a natural food or health food store. Ask if they've been irradiated. They may be sprouting but you don't think they did because the tail is so small.
