Thanks Rusty, I'm off to sprout some garbanzos.

 

Vegigran

 

 

 

<<<<take about 2 cups or sprouted g-beans. 1/4 cup of tahini, 1/4 cup nama

shoyu, table spoon of minced jalepenos, about 3 decent sized garlic

cloves, some black olives to your taste, and olive oil to taste, throw

it all in a blender, and walla.. hummus. it is good to boot. but dont

over eat it, it is so filling. add olive oil to get it to blend, you

choose the consistancy by how much oil you add.>>>>>>

you can also throw some parsley in it, chop it finely, then throw it

in after the blender and stir it in..

 

yum, i put it on my salads :) very yummie indeed.
