Peter if you are Gay I am sorry you don't get it. I joined this group to talk

about RAW FOOD, but all I have heard is this back and forth Gay discussion!

Peter I didn't realize that people were born Gay. Maybe I will learn something

here, not what I was looking for but go ahead and explain it to me. If this is

true we had better start worrying about this as if it becomes the norm we will

only have test tube babies and family will cease to exist.

Once again, I'm appalled at this group. The narrow mindedness is

astounding. I'm going to request, once again, that people leave

bigotry and religion out of their posts, as this is not the forum to

discuss such things. This is a raw food group, for discussing just

that. If you have a problem with people who are gay, take it to a

homophobe group. If you want to defend your position with religion,

take it to a christian group. I find it inappropriate and offensive

that people have kept this thread going. I'm not here to hear about

why being gay is wrong and unnatural. I'm not here to hear about

homosexuality being a sin. I'm here to hear about how people are

dealing with the raw journey. How eating raw has impacted their

health. Finding a new recipe or two. Catch my drift? Why is this

too much to ask?

1) When did it become " narrow minded " to disagree with

you.

2)I love how you couple " religion " and " bigotry "

3)When did it become wrong to say the word " god " in

America ? It used to be ok to do so.

4) If you have a problem with honest discussion, or

religion, why don't you join a forum for people who do

not like religion or debate on homosexuality.

5) It was stupid of me to say things that you may find

" stupid " or " offensive " Please tell me what the

absolute truth is, so that I can conform to it, and no

longer offend you.

6) I am curious to know why you would think we should

care why you are here ? There are over 600 members to

this group. Don't you think we might have differing

but vaslid reasons to join this group ? Am I not

allowed to couple religion and my raw food lifestyle ?

I must have missed that rule.

Rufus,

The point I've been trying to make is that this is not the place to

discuss the morality of homosexuality or why God says it's wrong.

This (for the umpteenth time) is a raw food list. That's made clear

on the home page. People are here to discuss raw food. There are

other for discussing countless other topics. If people

choose to discuss topics other than raw food and health, they should,

imho, discuss them elsewhere.

As far as your comment about why anybody should care whether I stay

on this group or not, that should be fairly obvious. People come

here for support, and that's what I stay here to provide, as well as

receive. I would think that the posts from people (two in one day)

leaving the group for lack of just that might make you think twice

about giving people a hard time for attempting to keep the group on

topic.

Opps, I just realized that people are putting the

(Names) on their reply subject lines. This last

e-mail was a reply to Bridgette, not Peter.

Okay, last chance. Is there a moderator? Can we agree to e-mail privately

about topics unrelated to raw? It's fine when the topics debated are connected

to raw food in some way, but this is getting ridiculous...

Respectfully,

Julie

Bridgitte,

I think these discussions were on topic. Some people here believe it has

to do with health and diet. Therefore it is related to this forum.

Telling each other what religion or lifestyle choices to make that don't

deal with health aren't really within the subject matter of this group.

IMO the majority of the discussion has been on topic so far.
