Read starting on page 107 of " Eat to Live, " for why this book is

actually quite unscientific and dangerous to follow.

Also search the recent messages in the club. We had a link to online

articles going over the " Eat for Your Blood Type, " book.

Do You Have These Problems With Your Raw Food Diet?

1. You fear that you aren't getting enough nutrients like protein,

calcium, and B12.

2. You have been eating raw but aren't getting the results you expected.

3. You fear eating fruit because of its sugar content and hybridization.

I'll resolve these problems, myths and misconceptions for you with a

I'm blood type O+ and some of the things he was saying about O blood

type sounded logical(no dairy products, wheat, etc). However some of

the other things were like eating Iodized salt, i thought was bad for

you. Funny thing though when I was at the cash register about to buy

the book, the cashier told me that a lot of people were telling her

that it was a great book. So I'm confused. What were some of the

posts that were talking about the Blood type document? Thanks

To the Group,

Everyone should do themselves a favor and get " Eat to Live, " by Dr. Joel

Fuhrman. This book will answer 90% of the questions that are brought up

for discussion on this board.

At this point if I had to read 2 books on nutrition it would be that

book and " Raw Secrets. "

You can probably read Eat to Live in your bookstore or get it from the

library if you want to check it out first.

Thanks for the tip Roger. I'm ordering both books tonight. I read the reviews

and everybody had given both of them very high marks.

Thanks again,

Bruce
