Guest guest
I'm blood type O+ and some of the things he was saying about O blood type sounded logical(no dairy products, wheat, etc). However some of the other things were like eating Iodized salt, i thought was bad for you. Funny thing though when I was at the cash register about to buy the book, the cashier told me that a lot of people were telling her that it was a great book. So I'm confused. What were some of the posts that were talking about the Blood type document? This book will answer 90% of the questions that are brought up for discussion on this board. At this point if I had to read 2 books on nutrition it would be that book and " Raw Secrets. " You can probably read Eat to Live in your bookstore or get it from the library if you want to check it out first. Roger Have you tried the Raw Diet many times but failed to stick with it?
